      Pros

      Hybrid work, reasonable hours and good work life balance (depends on managing attorney). Rewarding work and inspiring, dedicated, and friendly coworkers. Union has made some great wins: Student loan forgiveness program is great and health insurance is good. Great PTO and holidays. Ample opportunities for training.

      Cons

      Pay is low comparable to most legal jobs, which can lead to higher turnover. Management not super union friendly and sometimes there seemed to be a disconnect between executive leadership and other offices.

      Pros

      Pay is improving and is comparable and often better than similar legal services organizations (even in other states - I’ve compared). Excellent vacation and sick leave benefits. Overall benefits package is good. The work culture in my local office is positive and supportive. Plenty of room for growth within the organization.

      Cons

      Offices are not unified leading to an uneven experience for employees. The office you work in determines if you have a positive or negative experience working here.
