I had a disappointing experience with the hiring process at [Company Name]. After completing the initial interview, I was told by the hiring manager that I had moved on to the second round and would be contacted shortly to schedule it. Unfortunately, that was the last I ever heard from them. Despite following up multiple times via email over the course of several weeks, I received no response—no update, no explanation, not even a generic rejection. It’s extremely unprofessional to tell candidates they’re moving forward and then ghost them entirely. This kind of treatment shows a lack of respect for applicants’ time and energy, especially when candidates are making room in their schedules and investing in preparation. A simple “no longer moving forward” would have sufficed. If this is any indication of how internal communication is handled, I’d be hesitant to consider this company in the future.

Good work exposure and strong learning environment

There's a disconnect between how the company treats good employees and what it actually values. Layoffs have followed promotions, successful projects, years of service, receiving bonus, and even after people raised concerns. This pattern suggests organizational decisions aren't based on merit or loyalty—be prepared for that.
