Run by male chauvinist that undermines women. If you're a female looking for a raise, just find another job. They will pay males and give raises to male employees but gives excuses to female employees while consistently asking them to do more work. 40 hours will turn into 60 - 70 hour WITHOUT proper compensation. Too much negatives about this place.
