      Excellent environment with a focus on connecting employees as people. Great team spirit. Lots of "old" employees (>10 years). Good financial status, lots of investment in growth - more staff, better facilities.

      Cons

      Rapid growth happened recently led to chaos across departments, lots of changes necessary. This impacts negatively some fixed work flows.
