      Pros

      Good people, smart people, good culture overall though it's team dependent. Good bistro food, interesting work.

      Cons

      Pay is average to above average for Montreal. Below average insurance coverage. Big restructuring left a lot of people in work limbo. Changes not very well communicated even though they keep preaching communication.

Top culture in our industry, and direct line to leadership on marquee deals. CEO and founder who is still highly invovled. Supporting leadership cast that are highly engaged.

      Re-orgs have affected team unity but leadership vision is all about culture, transformation and growth.
