Pros
The only Pros were my facility, co-workers and the patients I worked for.
Cons
I've never felt so unappreciated in any other job. I received 2 raises in 8 years and I am an extremely hard worker and know my worth. The vacation/sick/personal time was nice if you ever get a chance to use it. Once PDPM came into play I was let go without warning, completely blindsided. Lost 8.5 weeks of vacation. ...Don't worry, for Christmas you get the same, generic, forwarded "Happy Holidays" email. NOTHING ELSE. They say in their Genesis Handbook that you receive a little bonus for your 1, 5, 10 years and so on. We never received anything.
