Pros
Working with lovely colleagues that are unfortunately in the same boat, creates a great sense of comradery through trauma bonding.
Cons
Highly unprofessional work environment. You will not be paid on time/ at all. Management enjoys making rude/inappropriate remarks towards staff making them visibly uncomfortable. Very dodgy company. The office is a complete mess. Horrible work environment and conditions. Any promises of hybrid working or commission are lies. No marketing experience gained as all functions are admin/sales based. Micromanagement is a huge problem here.
