The GDMS ship seems lost at sea and rudderless. The executive leadership team appears old and tired, and lacks diversity (gender is only one category, folks). The financials have been abysmal, but there are more excuses than fixes. Engineering tools are as old and tired as the leadership team. I came to GDMS at the recommendation of a friend, who's still a friend even though I'll be looking to leave this place. Look hard before deciding to land here.
