Outside of layoffs it seems nearly impossible to lose your job. Very easy to stand out amongst your peers. The things you work on here are pretty cool.
Cons
There is no concept of efficiency. Program managers generally have no idea what day to day operations involve. You have to leave and eventually come back to make a competitive wage here.

Cons
Some numbskulls seem to get into senior positions.
