Pros
not too many right now. There is certainly potential and talented people if the weight of the bureaucracy and the inertia of doing things the old way can be overcome.
Cons
The company is unstable due to being unprepared to handle sequestration (which everybody know about years in advance), management is thrashing about trying anything that does not require real change or does not endanger the status quo of the upper management itself; it is a traditional who you know and who your friends are, not your ability to do your job that gets you ahead here.
