Must respect given to technical roles, all others are 2nd class. Good community of employees. Owners seem to personally care about your success.
Cons
Top heavy organization. Lack of clarity when goals are communicated. Methodology is shortsighted and incomplete. Favoritism has deteriorated certain senior leadership roles.
