Pros
Good pay and decent benefits. Centrally located. Good networking opportunities and flexible scheduling. A fine Portland legacy and some wonderful individuals working there.
Cons
The culture at this firm is toxic. Leadership tells you one thing to your face and behaves completely differently. Nepotism and sexism are rampant. HR gossips about individuals personal matters with staff. Training is almost non-existent unless you are a "rising star." Double standards left and right and rarely a straight answer from management. Good seniors and managers rarely stay because the culture is so sick.
