For the majority of Companies 2020-2022 were very hard years dealing with the global pandemic. We have tried to be honest and transparent with everyone, cash flow was tight, international transfers were impacted and some salary runs were late, yes. However, as a business we focused on ensuring we didn't make a single redundancy during the pandemic making sure all of our employees maintained an income during what where very tough times for everyone. BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are mandatory in Indonesia, and I can assure you being paid regularly.
As a management team we have introduced a number of employee benefits and initiatives over the last year. Whilst we continue to focus on training, we also have happy hour lunches twice a month, weekly lunch & learn sessions, weekly English lessons for all employees and the many more benefits available in our token rewards scheme launched in 2022 to take care of all of our employees.
