      Pros

      None-there are no pros. Management sets it up to be a very toxic work environment.

      Cons

      Management is a bunch of bullies who scare staff into being spies for them & telling them what targeted staff are doing. They create an atmosphere of mistrust & unhelpfulness between staff. They have no idea how to create & sustain a team approach.
