Toxic Culture - Financial Analyst Gateway Arts Employee Review

Normally I thank people for submitting a review, and even though I get a favorable rating, this appears to either be a fake review (there is no such title or role as Financial Analyst in Boston) or was not meant to be productive. We have always encouraged our people to Speak Up, but this is not helpful. If you truly had the experience you have described I would be happy to address whathever issues need to be addressed, but as a business, we treat people better and in a more open and honest way than this review treats us.
