Overworked, under paid, and under appreciated are just a few of the cons of this horrific job. The owners and management are just plain horrible. They could care less about the staff or kids. I used to work multiple 16 hour days a week and not once was I thanked, I was just asked for more. The only time anyone will ever talk to you is to tell you how you did something they did not approve of. I literally have the same degree as the owners and I was treated like I did not even have a high school degree. I spent more time with the boys than anyone else but my thoughts and opinions meant nothing. Staff that should have been fired were promoted bc they played into the workplace garbage. Want to talk about drugs? Sure. Teach them about drugs? Masterbation? How to extend ejaculation? Give them access to pornography? Or lose a kid or two? Hate kids? Be out of ratio? Want to sleep with other staff? Dress provocative for work with teenage boys? Out kids sexuality to parents? Break HIPAA? Expect a promotion soon, these are all examples of current staff, management and owners.
