Caring boss, great benefits, willing to work with you during emergencies or illnesses, fun environment, materials kept in good repair and replaced as needed.
Cons
Occasionally asked to work overtime and special events for families.
Worked 40+ hours every week making 8.25 an hour and responsible for 15+ school aged students daily. Came in at 7amm everyday, did breaks for all teacher of infant to 4 year olds. Then did my actual shift of school aged students that I mainly picked up with our school bus. Had to wait for parent to pick children up, and normally didn't get to leave until almost 7pm. So almost 12 hour days at 8.25 an hour. With college degree. Nope never again.
