Pros
Great benefits, people who are smart yet cutthroat competitive. They will eat you up alive. If you don't leave, then you become one of Them, thereby perpetuating the bad culture b/c the healthy/normal people who really care, end up leaving.
Cons
Terrible work culture and environment. Really bad leadership who would be better off being politicians. There is a lot of 'white savior complex,' too, from many of the people who work there.
