      Pros

      When it was still unders the Gates family ownership, it was a world class company. Sadly it has been bought out and is facing a massive layoff with a new facility in Mexico.

      Cons

      It is believed that the writing is on the wall for a closure over the next several years.

      Employees, 401k pays kinda good

      Cons

      If you have a family you wont see them much seniority don't mean a thing you start night shift good luck getting on days get ready to learn abunch of jobs unless your one of the picks can not plan anything ahead with family they will throw weekends on you at the last minute
