      - Friendly place and friendly people, you can wear whatever - Pay is quite okay especially given the recent stock surge - Decent experience with large scale - Good work life balance except for oncall.

      Cons

      - Career growth not so good - Not ideal for non mandarin speakers. A lot of teams speak mandarin and cannot speak english well.

      Good company to work at in Vietnam, probably the best working environment I had
