Pros

The Pay is excellent after factoring overall benefits come tax season. The rotation is not bad 105/35 and the time home, is time home. Job is easy and manageable.

Cons

Communication from the top to the bottom is poor. There is a major disconnect from the SL to the DDL's and no room for bridging that gap, because the higher ups don't want to ruffle feathers. even though it might be a safety issue.

They will hire you for any of their lower end positions. Anyone can be a basic static guard, so apply away.

Cons

Does not understand military courses, schools, training, skillsets or capabilities so they will just throw you into an opening to fill a slot that you are overqualified for thus not making the overseas contracting to its fullest potential
