Pros
Some staff are truly hard-working, take pride in their work, and want to make a difference.
Cons
It's scary, and unfortunately, sad, how accurate the reviews of this workplace are. I've never been a part of a more toxic work environment, and it all stems from the Chief of a Staff, who is an ineffective, poor leader, to put it politely. Take a look at the staff turnover during her 7-year tenure. Actually, just look at the first 5 months of 2025 with the hirings and firings, left and right, of staff. Ask tons of questions before accepting the job. How many people have left? In what positions? After how long? For what reasons? This is such an awful place to work. Your mental health isn't worth the paycheck. But please, don't just read this review. Read all of them. See if you see any similarities in the comments. If there were any red flags in the interview process, I'm telling you, do not brush them off.
