      Pros

      GCG is a great company to work for. The people are amazing and it has a close-knit family atmosphere. They truly care about their employees.

      Pros

      Fairly easy work. Some great coworkers. Benefits have helped me tremendously with Healthcare costs. 401k.

      Cons

      Wages are below other similar companies. Inconsistent raises. New employees hire in above current employee rates. Not sure why some are hired. Good employees watch as bad employees never have any consequences for not doing their job, which in turn cause good employees to start hating the job and leaving.
