Pros
GREAT co-workers. People you will build lifetime bonds with. Lots of toys! Young people who *live* for video games and strive to improve the process. Working with smart phones is a great experience in the changing game industry landscape. Stable company with proven revenue and long-term goals. Overall, I am optimistic that the cons listed below are something that can be improved upon and changed over time, but I must still list them because it is how things are right now.
Cons
HQ micromanages creation in ways that defy productivity and efficiency. There is a seeming lack of understanding on how to build a video game from upper management (HQ), and this creates unrealistic deadlines, excessive crunching, and disenfranchised employees. We do way too much. We're making dozens of games simultaneously and no one has the time to pay attention to any of them. This results in generally bland products that are hard to get excited about.
