      Pros

      -Energetic sales floor -Brand new office East/Downtown Austin -Team leads and management that care about your success and well being -Ability to make a ton of money. You eat what you kill! -If you take the initiative, soak in the knowledge and really apply yourself, the growth opportunity is endless

      Cons

      -Takes a while (in my experience about 6 months) but to start really building a solid book of business that generates commission -Not the kind of job you can just get by coasting
