- a lot of unpaid extra hours every day after working hours - toxic and chaotic management, who always blame stuff and expect you to work till 10 pm and answer messages at night - diva syndrome of the co-founder - coworkers do not want to work as a team together, every one by themselves - management hires unpaid and unqualified staff to fit the gaps but it didn’t help - not realistic expectations - management doesn’t care about conditions in the office in which colleagues work - no time for the proper lunch, we had 15-20 mins maximum to eat every day and usually in the office at the desk - no clear responsibilities, in the reality you will do everything the management wants you to - lack of support and understanding during difficult periods in life, management rather fire you than support - lack of staff and empty promises of the management that they will hire someone, however, they will not and you need to work for 2-3 people instead
