Free leftover food from buffets, Minimal golf privilege's. Office admin staff are great people & easy to work with.

They Cycle through management very few years. Very unreliable for long term employment. I was let go without cause, with minimal severance. Very overworked, lots of overtime that ill never get compensated for. Many 12+hr shifts are expected for tournaments and weddings. The board of directors are all powerful & rich, Thus they don't care about staff because they don't know them or work with them but they hold infinite power over you. Upper management will not stick up for you if you are being sexually harassed or mistreated by other upper management or members.

- late nights - so many details involved in functions, there is a high chance you'll miss something - long shifts
