Pros
Gallup offers massive opportunities for positive impact on organizations in all industries. If you love contributing to the success of others, if that energizes you, this is a good place for you. This is a role where you're always learning from clients because most clients who choose Gallup are typically looking to go from good to great. There's a lot of freedom in the role to meet clients where they are, co-create leadership solutions, and develop your coaching practice. Most importantly, in my experience Gallup leadership practices what they preach -- people first.
Cons
The pace is fast and the role requires travel, but that means new clients, different cultures, different industries and lots of learning as you go. It's a role that rewards adaptability and flexibility. With that in mind, managing wellbeing takes a lot of intention, but the growth, exposure and high-performing team make up for that.
