Cute environment, great location, ok pay.
Cons
Unprofessional and questionable behavior from management. Single out employees and give away their shifts to force them to quit. Never had a job where I felt so unwanted and judged. It felt like I was constantly trying to prove myself and multiple employees left because of this as well.
