Good company for beginners but not for career growth - Senior Pipeline Engineer Galfar Engineering & Contracting Employee Review

Very difficult company to work for. The work pressure was very high. During the joining process, the company kept employees' passports, which I did not agree with. Most of the employees were from one state in India, so communication was difficult for people from other states. I worked on the 7105 Project in the Bab Area. In my experience, the management style of some senior staff was very strict and not employee-friendly. My suggestion is that experienced professionals should carefully consider the work environment before joining Galfar UAE.
