      The Intern program give you an opportunity to work in all the areas of a building construction. Work hard, but you can learn too much.

      Pros

      People who are motivated and are self starters probably will have recognition. There are very good professionals around the company that you could learn with and admire. Attractive bonus.

      Cons

      They don't invest too much in training, they don't sponsor MBA's or post-graduation courses. Salary and benefits were not very good.
