Pros
This company has good benefits and competitive pay for every position. They are also always looking to advance their systems and processes. I recommend this as a place of employment if you can be satisfied with the job you have there at the pay you are receiving and ignore upper management.
Cons
Unless you are a VP or higher, you get lost as an employee here. Those at the top of this company get wonderful perks, but those who work onsite or lower positions in the corporate office do not receive the same perks and are often forgotten in the decision making. There is not a lot of team play or fairness between upper management and the rest of the employees.
