Very good firm to work at, very competent people to work with.

No cons at all. very supportive people in the firm.

Great co-workers that are willing to help at any time. Busy season is spread over the year for the audit team. There will always be the need to work extra as needed for clients, but the firm makes an effort to balance the load. The firm is actively looking to merge with other firms. This gives staff the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities. The office operates with a 9 hour Monday through Thursday and a 4 hour Friday. Travel is mainly local Inland Empire and Los Angeles area. The firm runs audits to limit the time in the field allowing staff more productive time in the office.

Some of the non for profit audits have a high level of technicality that can be hard to pick up on. The partners and staff will spend the time necessary to train.
