Pros
A previous review of GRID architects was entirely too harsh and unfair. This is a great design-led practice to work for, with friendly staff, a wide range of interesting projects to work on, and considerate management. Staff eat together at lunch times, to reinforce the strong social aspect of the company. The office space is clean and modern, with a collection of models and CGIs on display, a top environment for creativity. The practice is considerate to staff needs, and design reviews are an open process where all ideas are welcome. GRID has lots of potential, and will no doubt keep progressing in the design world.
Cons
The office environment could be more a little more exciting - decor wise - with white walls a design office should contain more colour.
