      There are a few success stories from those we seek to help.

      Cons

      Many issues of professional boundaries, unethical relationships, favoritism towards more affluent members of society. Lack of good management. And sadly, treatment is about the bottom dollar, regardless of constant reminders from top management, we do it to help the patients find recovery.

      Pros

      Environment was laid back, there was no micromanaging. Pto time was generous.

      Cons

      The pay was extremely low for the amount of work put on you. The company never did anything for the employees. Holidays for patients were funded by employees that are barely making it. This is a money making business, they do not want people to get better. I know this is not what Dr. T wanted for gateway.
