Pros
The new owners acquired Streffco Consultants in November 2017 and formed GPS Staffing. The current management team and the growing staff in place are all exceptional. Everything that is wrong about staffing and recruiting has been thrown out the window. There's a common purpose, with everyone aligned to the same goals. Support from management and ownership are unwavering, and the work life balance is the best I've experienced. I'm very excited to be part of this company and the future outlook for us as a team is bright.
Cons
The only cons have more to do with the challenges of establishing ourselves in a very competitive market than anything GPS isn't doing right. It's difficult to obtain new clients but as soon as we do, we immediately establish ourselves as a preferred partner as a result of our consistent delivery.
