Fun Part Time Job - Discussion Leader GPI US Employee Review

The work was great and meaningful. Being able to work with a wide variety of students, who have their own unique strengths and areas to improve on was encouraging to see. You really get to see the growth in their language abilities and confidence with each day. The site managers and staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and organized. Everything was tailored and structured extremely well. It is an excellent way for college students to get experience working over the summer time.

I don't have any cons off the top of my head. The only thing I would say would be required, is to be very outgoing.

The people I worked with were lovely, and the students can be hit or miss but are usually very nice, may be on the more shy side sometimes.

Mainly short term work, I wish there was a more long term option
