Pros

Great studio Nice workflow by the time the work came to us , we were left to create the video...with minimal interference gave a lot of new college grads a chance to work and create Subject matter experts (Dave and Greg) were always ready to answer technical questions...if they did not know the answer would find out Adam Stedman (then CEO) told me I was "intimidating" so that was fun I am usually called "nice...or a hard worker"

Cons

Covid turned WFH into PTO for some full timers (GP and Client) video training lost steam company purchased by a large holding company "this is going to be great"...they say then the cuts came client closed the studio we were collateral damage it was a fun gig stars below reflect part time no bennies so I could not score higher work/life video production is any 7 any hour it is what it is

Pros

Great team, smart co-workers, great products/services, and good work-life-balance. Some long-time employees who are valuable resources and colleagues.

Cons

Good leadership is spotty by department, and many departments have high turnover. Most quotas are unrealistic considering total ramp, sales cycle, and no existent sales onboarding. Comp plans are old fashioned, and include little if any additional bonus incentive or accelerators. If budgets aren’t being met, and you’re not 100% (or trending that way) of quota, you could be next on the chopping block! Ask them about their sales enablement or initial ramp programs (they don’t exist)…then act with caution.
