Pros
The people who work there are incredible. There's a wide variety of personalities and, even through all the stress, it's easy to still remain friends with these people. They do train well and try their best to provide a multitude of opportunities for you to learn and grow. It seems like they want you to succeed they just have no idea how to make that happen.
Cons
The higher up you are, the less work you do. The lower levels are essentially slaves to the agency and leadership doesn't seem phased at all by this. On top of that, the pay is pretty crummy. GMMB has taken over my life for over eight months and the compensation I receive doesn't come close to making this situation okay. They reward the slackers more than those who work their butts off. My management structure is also incredibly messed up, as well as for the entire department I work in. If you come in here entry/junior level, get ready to sell you soul at clearance level. They do not care if you are overwhelmed..they'll tell you they are but then just not do anything. Also on a side note, there are like 13 Partners and like 30 SVPs so get ready for all sorts of confusion as to who can make any sort of legitimate decision.
