These claims do not reflect who we are as a company or the values we uphold. We have worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds, nationalities, cultures, and identities throughout our history, and we are proud of the diverse team we have built. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated, and any concerns raised through appropriate channels are investigated thoroughly.
While we recognise that not every employee’s experience will be positive and that there are areas where we can continue to improve, broad accusations regarding the character of our founder and leadership team are simply untrue. We believe constructive criticism is important, but it should be grounded in facts rather than personal attacks.
The reality is that building a fast-growing business can be challenging, and expectations are often high. We are committed to creating an environment where talented people can do their best work, develop professionally, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success. Many current and former employees have had rewarding careers with us and continue to maintain positive relationships long after leaving.
