Micromanaged IT Director / No work life balance - Senior Systems Administrator GI Alliance Employee Review

Recent executive changes to IT management team was a terrible idea. IT department has a high turnover rate. Someone quits weekly due to bad IT leadership. Every day something is on fire at this place. Nontech Cybersecurity director is trying to run the enterprise IT, micromanages the staff, and creates a hostile work environment. IT management is not technical and they have unrealistic expectations. Department is always under staff. No work-life balance. They expect you work 16 hours every day (including weekends). They have no respect. They call your personal phone after hours when you are not on a call rotation.
