Local office encourages YP engagement and provides funds to do fun things during lunch or after work like the ping pong club. Quickly adapted to remote work and have become more flexible.
Cons
Less than 30 percent of employees are shareholders and the shareholding program is not very accessible or transparent. The benefits and time off/holidays are average. Due to growth, procedures and tech systems are constantly changing and it's hard to keep up with the current way something should be done. Like many other companies, liability is a big factor for decisions, such as delayed return to office (covid). Local young professionals are relied on to lead morale boosting events and team building. Salary adjustments can leave some to be desired. QA/QC of design documents should be more extensive. Drafting team isn't very attentive to detail. No paid paternal leave.
