Bad training methods for new employees. I do not recommend this as an entry level position, although it is listed as such. If new employees can handle experiences such as having their desk taken away multiple times, listening to racist comments, or, for example, having directions for writing complicated invoices breifly yelled at them aggressively once, and then being expected to write invoices independently thereafter, this will be an ok fit. It seems this company has a very high turn over rate for assistants.
