Pros
There are no benefits to working here.
Cons
The insurance benefits are terrible. The environment is horrible. The company doesn't work with you. A manager is never available to address concerns when they need to be escalated even when they're sitting right next to you. You'll be forced to fire off an email with contact information and a summary of the complaint while they sit beside you. If you have any customer service experience, you could imagine how well this goes over with an angry patient. You will be berated almost daily because on a daily basis they will be short staffed and running behind. They definitely do not pay enough for what they put you through. Also, you're all going to be making completely different pay rates, and it's not experience based either. They just get desperate to hire new employees and decide to pay them more than their existing employees. The turn over rate is ridiculous.
