Pros

Really feel that you contribute to the bottom line helping engines get out the door and keeping fleets flying. Usually very high technical standards Really interesting

Cons

The environment can be so intense that you end up getting sucked into working ridiculous hours. The Edison Development Program creates challenges for those not a part of it -- a lot of young people coming in and out of your programs with little experience -- Edisons seem to get preferential treatment, Definitely a authoritarian top down environment Weird corporate culture they are trying to cultivate
