      Pros

      A company people would do almost anything to get a job at. If lucky, your manager will have people's skills but in most cases your manager will be cold and demonstrate no appreciation for your work.

      Cons

      GE is listed as a company that matches employee gifts to Planned Parenthood. A company that promotes killing of babies could be very unfair to employees. HR does not care about employees success.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
