the culture, PTO, workload, co-workers, shift its a great place to work I really enjoy the pace of everything. I've learned lots in my tenure there.
Cons
Nothing really There is a stall in chances for advancement but you wear many hats in your roll so it makes up for the fact that you don't get title changes often
