Pros
- Really fun employees
- Made great friends
- Approachable managers who can help if you approach them first
- You will learn a LOT. Like you will not have a hard time finding a new job because you'll literally know everything about everything. Like by the end of your probation you'll be a client servicing, a designer, a video editor and a vibe coder all in one
- They'll improve your knowledge of AI by like a lot. Like they occasionally have trainings and stuff to keep everyone at a minimum baseline of AI knowledge
Cons
- Abysmally understaffed, esp in the execution team. They have been hiring since I left but I don't think they hired very good people
- Top management is really moody and odd. Sometimes they're great, sometimes.....very dismissive
- Unless you approach a manager for help they literally will not tell you what you're doing wrong/what you need to improve on. Everyone kinda just tries to get their own work done with no regard for what others are doing or if they need help and don't know how to ask
- No real employee growth plan. No reviews to tell you if you're doing well or need to improve, no incentives other than appraisals, no structure to getting promotions other than waiting for the CEO to be in a good mood and asking for it
- No HR. Nothing much to say about that, but I feel it impacts hiring speed and quality a bit. Just be aware, there's no HR
- A LOT of work and it's always urgent. And if you go on leave there's no one who can take over your tasks or anything, your tasks just get completely neglected. So maybe don't go on leaves
- No clear roles. Regardless of what your role is you're gonna have to do everything. Can be seen as a pro and a con tbh
