This company run its client Quattro. They provide the development services to the clients and gets big marginal amount from the employee's package, when marginal amount becomes less after 4 or 5 years(because employee's package increase), they want to get rid of from that resource, and requires new resource with lower package, that gives big marginal amount to the company
