Pros

Working for a company like this is really a once in a lifetime opportunity. The pace at which they are trying to grow is insane and presents you with some really unique opportunities. They are playing in a space no other company is, which is exciting to be a part of. - You are working with big, well established customers - Some of the smartest people I've worked with in my career - Because it is growing so fast, there is great opportunity to innovate and implant your mark on the company - Good progression opportunities

Cons

Typical cons with a start-up/scale-up. - There is a lack of structure in places where it is needed. - The work hours can also be tough as the company tries to grow as fast as possible. - You are juggling a lot of things at once, and more often than not helping out with work that is outside your defined role profile (which also has its benefits)

Pros

We are growing at an amazing pace to setup for our future success. Fast paced, startup environment with a very caring leadership team.

Cons

Very fast paced, so if you are not use to that environment, FSAI might not be for you.

Pros

Interesting Agentic work, Flexibility to work from home

Cons

Too many to list I guess. - An unfair distribution of work load contributed to an extremely toxic culture. - Some team leads appear to favour certain employees, which reinforces unhealthy workplace dynamics. - Genuine recognition for hard work is lacking. - There is a strong blame culture, with limited accountability from leadership. - There are no meaningful benefits beyond the base salary. - Performance evaluations and formal review processes are either absent or poorly defined. - Timelines are agreed upon and then repeatedly brought forward, while project scope remains unclear and continues to change. Overall, expectations are poorly managed, and employees are left to absorb the consequences.
